This Online Return Policy is provided to you by SOUNDGIL Group ("SOUNDGIL" or "we", "us", "our"), consisting of SOUNDGIL Floor 7-1, No. 85, Zhozi St., Nehu Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan with business registration number 22847184.
To feel comfortable ordering SOUNDGIL product(s) online, we offer a service that you may replace or refund within 7 days of receiving your online order.
We will pick up the product(s) at your address by FEDEX or other carriers within 15 days of receiving your written notice of replacement or cancellation.
We can replace the product(s) or give you a full refund for the product(s) returned.
Please note that a return or replacement of an order without the order number might be subject to additional processing time and will delay crediting your account.
In case of refund, the original amount paid for the returned SOUNDGIL product(s) will be refunded within 15 days when we receive the product(s) returned.
SOUNDGIL will not replace, accept the returns or refund if the product(s) is damaged, lost or altered by the cause of your attribution, or if the returned product(s) do not match the quantity of product(s) delivered by SOUNDGIL. However, SOUNDGIL will proportionately refund after deducting the value of the damage or impairment of the product(s) in the event that the foregoing status or quantity discrepancy is not attributable to you.
Refunds will be done by the same method as the original payment.
This Online Return Policy shall be governed in all respects by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of Taiwan, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
Taiwan Taipei District Court has the jurisdiction of the first instance regarding any dispute arising from this Online Return Policy.

This Online Return Policy is provided to you by SOUNDGIL Group ("SOUNDGIL" or "we", "us", "our"), consisting of SOUNDGIL Floor 7-1, No. 85, Zhozi St., Nehu Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan with business registration number 22847184.
Under the customer legislation and to feel safe when purchasing SOUNDGIL speakers, we accept cancellation should your customers regret their purchase. We offer your customers to exchange or return products for a refund within 7 days after the purchasing date noted on the invoice.
When your customers ask for products exchange or return, you firstly have to check the product’s damage and quality situation, see if there is any man-made damage or components lacking.
If you send back the returned goods from your customers which are not substantially in the same resalable condition and quantity as they purchased or the damage is man-made, the refund will not be processed and the goods delivery cost will be charged by your side.
SOUNDGIL will treat this case as dealer’s irresponsibility for quality control and customer service which will downgrade your possibility of being SOUNDGIL dealer next quarter.

We will pick up the product(s) at your designated address by FEDEX or other carriers within 15 days of receiving your written notice of replacement or cancellation.If you live outside of the FEDEX collection and a collection cannot be offered due to your address, the product should be sent or dropped off at the nearest FEDEX location.
We can replace the product(s) or give you a full refund for the product(s) returned.
